Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides patient/family centered care and supports patients and families to manage their health care.
• Uses telecommunication technologies to assess and expedite care.
• Ensures scheduling and follow up on test results with patients.
• Follows ANA Code of Ethics in professional obligations and care.
• Engages in professional development and shared governance.
• Focuses on patient safety and quality of care.
• Maintains knowledge of care teams for coordination of care.
• Adapts communication to diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrates assessment, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
• Performs other related duties as needed.
