ARMStaffing seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for night shifts (3x12 hours, 19:00−07:00) handling acute care with a 6-patient caseload per nurse. You will document in Epic, float to similarly skilled units, and administer meds following protocols.

Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential to ensure quality patient care. The role favors candidates with travel experience and prior charge experience, plus a valid RN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with substantial experience in acute care settings. This role requires the ability to provide high-quality patient care, effectively communicate with interdisciplinary teams, and manage a varied caseload within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient care responsibilities for 6 patients per nurse.
• Utilize the Epic charting system for patient documentation.
• Float to units of equal acuity as required.
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions as per protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 2 years of nursing experience in a comparable acute care setting.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Current RN license (state-specific or compact) is required at the time of submittal.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) are mandatory.
