Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses seeks a Registered Nurse for a night shift on a three 12-hour schedule (19:00–07:00) in Idaho. You will deliver high-quality patient care, document care via the Nursing Process, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires at least 2 years of nursing experience, BLS certification, and Epic charting proficiency; travel experience is a plus. Care spans infants to geriatrics with safety and professionalism at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle a patient ratio of 1:6.

• Utilize the Nursing Process effectively for patient care management.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided, following hospital protocols.
• Handle patient diagnoses including sepsis, respiratory failure, trauma, and other critical conditions.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient support.
• Attend to varied patient care needs, including post-operative and acute care requirements.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care through the application of the Nursing Process. This role involves working with patients across various age groups, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The RN is responsible for documenting care thoroughly, maintaining clinical competencies, and participating in professional development. The position is set in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to new patient safety requirements as necessary.
