ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry Unit in California. You will deliver direct patient care, assess and plan care, and guide patient/family education while coordinating with physicians on patient condition changes.

Required: current RN license, BLS/ACLS, EPIC EMR experience; Ventilator management experience preferred. Onboarding support, benefits, and travel/housing assistance available through ARMStaffing.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role includes providing direct patient care within the scope of practice and guiding patient/family teaching while maintaining standards of care in the Telemetry Unit. The Registered Nurse is directly accountable for the care given to assigned patients, effectively communicating with physicians regarding changes in patient conditions, monitoring cardiac activity, and responding promptly to treatment changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using nursing assessments and interventions.
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Conduct patient and family education regarding care plans and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, including cardiac monitoring.
• Communicate effectively with physicians about patient care needs.
• Guide and oversee the activities of other nursing personnel.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with Ventilator Management preferred.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
