Job summary

Serenity Hospice in Salem, OR is seeking an experienced RN Team Manager to lead our patient care team on the Salem service line. You will oversee delivery of nursing services, ensure compliance with agency policies, and partner with leadership to promote compassionate, high-quality care for patients and families.

This role requires current RN licensure, at least five years in healthcare with two years in supervision, strong administrative skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the practicing state.
• Minimum five years’ healthcare experience; includes two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated administrative ability; knowledge of health care policies and program responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must possess current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of patient services and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines to fulfill program objectives.
• Oversee scheduling, supervision, and ongoing education for staff providing direct patient care.
• Implement and monitor a quality assurance program or supervise QA staff.
• Oversee maintenance of medical records for accuracy and compliance with licensing and ethical standards.
• Plan and implement staff education programs for all team members.

Education
