Job summary

Serenity Hospice is seeking an RN Team Manager for our Salem team. You will oversee patient service delivery, policy development, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes compliance, education, and program objectives within a supportive leadership environment. Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license with CPR certification, at least five years in healthcare and two years in supervision, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN license or equivalent to practice as a healthcare professional in the state.
• Minimum five years in healthcare with at least two years in supervision within healthcare, homecare, or hospice.
• Demonstrated administrative ability with knowledge of healthcare policies and program responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.
• Must possess current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of patient services and ensure compliance with agency policies.
• Develop policies, procedures and guidelines to fulfill program objectives.
• Oversee scheduling, supervision, and ongoing education for all staff providing direct patient services.
• Implement and monitor a quality assurance program or supervise QA staff.
• Maintain medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and implement staff education programs for all team members.
