Job summary

Trilogy in Evansville, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct clinical care and lead patient care staff. This role emphasizes teamwork, documentation, and adherence to campus policies to support residents across River Pointe Health Campus, North River Health Campus, and West River Health Campus.

Responsibilities include supervising care teams, applying the nursing process, daily unit rounds, and timely changes in patient status.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure proper medication and treatment administration, documentation, family teaching, care planning, and care conferences.
• Deliver patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge and return to family/community.
• Visit residents daily to assess physical and emotional status and notify the charge nurse/physician when conditions change.
• Identify problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, and charting as needed.
