Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct, quality clinical care and lead patient care staff on the unit. You will coordinate medications, treatments, documentation, and family teaching while adhering to campus policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferencing per campus policies.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity from admission through discharge.
• Visit residents daily to observe physical and emotional status and notify nursing leadership of changes in condition.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as necessary.
