Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct clinical care and serve as a Team Leader for patient care staff at our Belmont, MI location. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing services, supervising direct care teammates, and coordinating patient care through admission to discharge.

The position requires a current RN license and CPR certification, with a comprehensive Thrive benefits package and the option to work 8- or 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid state RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure accurate medications and treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferences.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge and return to family and community.
• Visit residents daily to observe and evaluate their physical and emotional status and notify the charge nurse/physician/Director of Nursing if a resident’s condition changes.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.
