Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in East Lansing, MI, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct clinical care and serve as a Team Leader for patient care staff. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing services and leading on-unit operations.

You will participate in care planning, family teaching, and coordination of medications and treatments while ensuring compliance with campus policies and procedures. The position supports growth in a caring, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferencing.
• Use the nursing process to deliver care and ensure continuity from admission through discharge.
• Visit residents daily to observe physical and emotional status and notify the charge nurse or physician of changes.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, and charting as needed.
