Job summary

Trilogy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at our Richmond, IN location to lead a dedicated care team and deliver high-quality clinical care. This role emphasizes patient-centered nursing processes, thorough documentation, and ongoing coordination with physicians and family members.

As Team Leader, you will oversee care plans, ensure compliance with campus policies, and support staff through effective communication and education.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current valid RN license in the state.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferences are in line with campus policies.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity from admission to discharge.
• Visit residents daily to observe and evaluate physical and emotional status; notify charge nurse or physician when conditions change.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.
