Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an RN to provide direct, high-quality clinical care and lead a team of patient care staff at our Genoa, Ohio location. You will oversee medication administration, care planning, and care conferences, ensuring smooth handoffs and adherence to policy.

The role emphasizes nursing process application, daily resident evaluations, and collaboration with the charge nurse, physicians, and DON to respond to changes in resident status.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid state RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are administered correctly and documented.
• Ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge and return to family/community.
• Visit residents daily to monitor status and inform nursing leadership of changes.
• Identify emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in absence of physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as forms, reports, and charting.
