Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct, quality clinical care and serve as a Team Leader to patient care staff. You’ll lead a team, ensure medications and treatments are executed, and maintain continuity of care from admission through discharge.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferencing in line with policies.
• Utilize the nursing process in delivering patient care and ensure continuity from admission through discharge.
• Visit residents daily to observe physical and emotional status and notify relevant staff of changes.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate lifesaving measures in absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
