Hospice of Central PA is seeking an RN Supervisor/Team Leader to coordinate and oversee quality patient care with the interdisciplinary team. You will lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage patient visit schedules in alignment with the organization's mission.

The role requires a PA-licensed RN with at least 3 years of clinical leadership experience and a focus on professional development and outcomes. Flexible schedules and healthcare benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree with PA licensure.
• Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience in a specialty.
• Strong leadership and clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to provide quality patient care.
• Lead staff development and conduct annual performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and organizational policies.
• Balance patient visit frequency with staffing and operational needs.
• Collaborate with Directors to optimize care delivery and staffing.
