Job summary

Responsibilities

• Distribute medications
• Perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts.
• Identify and monitor changes of condition with residents.
• Complete incident and accident reports.
• Admit and discharge residents from facility in a timely fashion.
