Golfcrest Nursing and Rehabilitation in Houston, TX is seeking a talented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will contribute to delivering exceptional care to our residents and patients in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

The role requires an active RN license, completion of orientation, and a commitment to patient safety. You will lead care planning, assess patients, administer medications, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-quality care in person.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid RN license in good standing.
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.
• Completion of orientation required by company policy.
• Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of nursing personnel to provide exceptional care to patients and residents.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients and residents.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients and residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Perform various medical procedures and treatments.
