• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to execute medications, treatments, documentation, and care planning per policy.
• Apply the nursing process to deliver patient care from admission to discharge.
• Visit residents daily to observe status and notify charge nurse/physician of changes.
• Identify problems and emergency situations and initiate lifesaving measures if needed.
• Perform administrative duties, including forms, reports, evaluations, charting.
