Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Romeo, MI is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead a team of direct care providers in delivering high-quality clinical care on a dedicated unit. You will oversee medication administration, documentation, family teaching and care planning, ensuring adherence to Health Campus policies throughout the patient care continuum.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure accurate medication administration, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferences in line with policies.
• Apply the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity from admission to discharge.
• Visit residents daily to monitor physical and emotional status and alert appropriate staff if changes occur.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving actions when a physician is not available.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations and charting as needed.
