Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical care and to serve as a Team Leader for patient care staff on the campus.

You will lead direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are executed, documentation is accurate, and family teaching and care conferences are completed per campus policies. The role uses the nursing process from admission through discharge with ongoing resident monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are executed, documentation completed, family teaching conducted, and care planning and patient care conferences held per policies.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity from admission through discharge and return to family/community.
• Visit residents daily to observe status and notify charge nurse/physician of changes in condition.
• Identify problems and emergency situations and initiate lifesaving measures when physician is unavailable.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as needed.
