Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and care planning compliance.
• Use the nursing process to deliver care and ensure continuity from admission to discharge.
• Visit residents daily to assess status and notify RN charge, physician, or DON of changes.
• Identify problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving actions if needed in absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties like forms, reports, and charting.
