Qualifications

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the unit, coordinating daily planning and patient flow.
• Delegate patient care according to skill, acuity, and resources; oversee staff development and education.
• Ensure nursing care within the Mayo Nursing Care Model and maintain accountability across care phases.
• Provide direct clinical care if required and support transitions of care.
