Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN is seeking an RN Team Leader to provide formal and informal leadership on the unit. You will delegate patient care, coordinate nursing activities, and support professional practice across the care continuum.

The role requires RN licensure, a baccalaureate nursing degree, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with occasional on-call responsibilities. Experience in a team environment and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program.
• One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting is preferred.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, making decisions and directing work and patient flow to achieve maximum work unit efficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership, effective communicator, and excellent critical thinking skills. Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations within the work setting.
• Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in work unit specialty area preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, generally Monday-Friday; however may have on-call responsibilities outside of normal work hours.
