Mayo Clinic is seeking an RN Team Lead to act as a formal and informal leader on the unit. The TL will participate with management for daily planning, delegate patient care, and support staff development through teaching and precepting.

This role operates within the Mayo Nursing Care Model, accountable for planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of nursing care, with potential for direct clinical care.

Formación

• Active RN license and eligibility for state licensure.
• Experience leading nursing teams and coordinating care.
• Strong communication and teaching skills for staff development.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice and quality improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nursing team on the unit and delegate tasks based on skill level and patient needs.
• Collaborate with management for daily planning and resource coordination.
• Coordinate transitions of care and patient/family education.
• Contribute to quality improvements and participation in evidence-based practice and research.
