Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Indiana seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct, quality clinical care and lead the patient care team at Amber Manor Care Center in Petersburg.

You will apply the nursing process from admission through discharge, supervise care, document thoroughly, and support families while coordinating with physicians and the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain an active RN license in Indiana.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications and treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferencing in compliance with policies.
• Utilize the nursing process in delivering patient care and ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge and return to family and community.
• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate each resident’s status and notify relevant staff when there is a change in condition.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
