Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead a care team and provide direct, high-quality clinical care at our Evansville locations. You’ll guide direct care staff, ensure accurate medication administration, and support care planning and family teaching in a supportive campus environment.

Responsibilities include daily resident rounds, nursing process execution, and immediate response to changes in patient condition, with administrative duties and documentation to maintain

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain an active state RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure accurate medication administration and treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferences in line with campus policies.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity from admission through discharge and return to family and community.
• Visit residents daily to observe and evaluate physical and emotional status; notify the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing if there is a change in condition.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as needed.
