The Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking an experienced RN Team Lead to provide leadership on the unit, delegate care, and coordinate nursing activities in collaboration with management. You will foster staff development, teach, precept, participate in quality improvements, and support evidence-based practice and research.

The role requires an RN license, ADN or diploma, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights/holidays.

Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state.
• Graduate of an associate degree or diploma in nursing.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently when needed.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead on the unit, delegate patient care based on skill and acuity.
• Coordinate nursing care and patient transitions with the care team.
• Develop staff, teach, precept, and participate in quality improvements.
• Support evidence-based practice and research within the Mayo Nursing Care Model.
• May provide direct clinical care when needed.
