Mayo Clinic is seeking an RN Team Lead to act as a formal and informal leader on the unit. The role includes coordinating daily planning, delegating care, and leading staff development within the Mayo Nursing Care Model.

This position may provide direct clinical care and supports teaching, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice. Qualified candidates hold an RN license, have at least one year of RN experience, and can adapt to flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an associate degree or diploma in a nursing program.
• One year RN experience in an applicable care setting is required.
• RN licensure current for applicable state; BLS from AHA/Red Cross/US Military recommended.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate daily unit activities, delegating patient care by skill, acuity, and resources.
• Provide leadership through staff development, teaching, precepting, and quality improvement efforts.
• Coordinate nursing care across shifts and transitions of care; ensure patient and family education.
• Support professional nursing practice within Mayo Clinic Nursing Care Model across settings.
