AdventHealth in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a healthcare recruitment leader to align open requisitions with staffing budgets and drive the talent pipeline across nursing and clinical roles.

You will partner with Talent Strategy and Acquisition to plan events, analyze dashboards, and guide frontline leaders through requisition approvals while building relationships with local schools and community partners.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with social networking and online recruiting.
• Ability to think strategically and outline project initiatives.
• Strong research and information presentation skills.
• Self-direction and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of nursing care levels and hospital operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hiring managers to reconcile FTEs, open requisitions, and budgeted headcount.
• Guides front line leaders in opening requisitions and obtaining approvals.
• Makes hiring decisions to increase the pipeline of healthcare workers.
• Collects, maintains, and analyzes data and metrics to identify trends and advise leadership.
• Builds relationships with schools, faculty, and students to promote local healthcare workforce.
• Partners for planning and executing hiring events at the facility and offsite.
• Uses workforce dashboards to identify future workforce opportunities.
• Acts as liaison for recruiters and evaluates candidates with hiring managers.
• Reviews applicant reports and expedites candidates through process.
• Guides nursing unit hiring to align with applicant goals.
• Coordinates job shadowing and interviews with nursing unit leaders.
• Determines qualifying factors and redirects candidates accordingly.
• Other duties as assigned.
