Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking registered nurses to join a flexible Enterprise Float Pool across the Mountain Region, including Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah. Roles available full-time or part-time days or nights in obstetrics or operating room settings.

Candidates must have RN license, nursing diploma/associate degree, BLS, and at least 24 months hospital RN experience in the relevant unit, with willingness to travel and a $2,500 payout per assignment.

Qualifications

• RN license required; current state nursing license or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
• For Colorado residents: RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain a CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency.
• Nursing diploma or associate degree in nursing required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Specific nursing skills and knowledge base for OB or OR units.
• Minimum of 24 months of hospital RN experience in the unit type/specialty where the candidate will float.
• Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, Utah) and obtain a $2,500 payout per assignment (subject to change).
• Must be able to work full-time or part-time nights or days shifts.

We are looking for registered nurses to join full‑time or part‑time nights or days positions within obstetrics (OB) or operating room (OR) specialties. Eligible RN candidates can earn a sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000 (maximum). PRN positions are not eligible. Applicants must have at least six months of direct RN experience. The role is an Enterprise Float Pool assignment that allows flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system, traveling to facilities in Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah.

The successful candidate will:

Benefits

Full‑time or part‑time FTEs are eligible for benefits based on FTE status, including health, 401(k), and paid vacation.

Enterprise Float Pool Pay and Benefits

• Base rate $75.00 per hour with eligibility for evening, night, and weekend differentials.
• Pay range $75.00 - $76.70 per hour.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, or 10 lbs constantly.

Location

Work across the Common Spirit Mountain Region system including facilities in Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah.
