Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking qualified registered nurses to join the Enterprise Resource Pool across the Mountain Region. Eligible candidates with 24 months of RN experience can access a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Roles are Full-Time or Part-Time Nights in ICU, Med Surg, and ED, with OB/OR tiers and travel across facilities in Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah. The Enterprise Pool offers flexibility, professional growth, and built-in benefits like Health, 401K, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
• Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
• BLS from the American Heart Association required

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs using the nursing process.
• Promote optimal health, well-being and safety by adhering to patient care standards and the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate accountability to relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, you must be hired into a Full-time or Part-time Nights position, ONLY within the specialties of ICU, Med Surg, and/or ED. OB and OR Full Time or Part Time all shifts (ONLY Tier 3 float CO, KS, & UT) are also eligible; PRN positions are not eligible. Some exclusions apply.

What is Enterprise Pool?

We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

Level 3 Enterprise Float Pool Pay and Benefits

• Base rate $75.00/hr + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
• Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah)
• For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires, dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2,500 payout each. Subject to change.
• Full Time/Part Time: 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float
• PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area - **NOT CURRENTLY HIRING FOR
• PRN roles are eligible for an additional 15% differential

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact,
• Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., drivers license, register to vote, etc. Compact to Compact. • Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
• BLS from the American Heart Association required
• Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Pay Range

$75.00 - $76.70 /hour
