The position assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient. Job Requirements

• RN License required; current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact,
• Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi‑state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., driver’s license, register to vote, etc. Compact to Compact. • Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.
• Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area.

Physical Requirements

Medium Work – Exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly.

Enterprise Pool 1

• Base rate + $3.00/hr. Pool differential + eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials.
• 1 facility – preferred location/closest to home.
• At least 2 applicable units – must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area.
• 12 months of experience in unit type/specialty area.

Enterprise Pool 2

• Base rate + $6.75/hr. Pool differential + eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials.
• Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.
• Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area.
• PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area.

Enterprise Pool 3

• Flat rate $75.00/hr + eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials.
• Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah).
• For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires, dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2,500 payout each. Subject to change.
• Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area.
• PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area.
