Mayo Clinic in Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit. You will coordinate nursing care, provide direct patient care, and educate patients and families as they transition across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited associate or diploma nursing program with RN license.
• Evidence of program completion of baccalaureate degree within five years if RN start date April 2020 or later.
• Progressive or intermediate care experience preferred.
• BSN or MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and provide direct patient care.
• Educate patients and families and manage transitions of care.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement and committees as appropriate.
• Mentor and teach junior staff and participate in professional practice models.
