Mayo Clinic Arizona’s Progressive Care Unit seeks an RN to coordinate high-acuity patient care on a 24-bed unit with advanced monitoring. You will educate patients and families, support transitions of care, and uphold nursing standards within a Magnet Facility.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and teamwork, with opportunities for professional growth and involvement in quality improvement initiatives. Nights, 12-hour shifts, may be required.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in applicable state requirements.
• BLS competency maintained.
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and direct patient care.
• Educate patients and families; manage transitions of care.
• Provide leadership, contribute to quality improvement and committees.
