Job summary

Mayo Clinic Arizona’s Progressive Care Unit delivers high-acuity nursing care with hemodynamic monitoring for a diverse patient population. The RN leads planning, implementation, and evaluation of care while mentoring others and ensuring safety and quality in a Magnet Facility.

We support nurses with development opportunities, competitive compensation, and tuition reimbursement, with nights and 12-hour shifts to align with patient needs and unit operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and RN license in the applicable state.
• Experience in progressive care or high-acuity settings preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and patient/family education across the continuum.
• Provide direct patient care and participate in transitions of care.
• Lead with clinical standards, quality improvement, and teamwork.
