Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Staff Nurse for a mixed unit (General Surgical, Oncology/Chemo, and Hospice) at Elmhurst Main Hospital. Shift is 7pm-7am, 36 hours weekly, with every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays.

You will deliver compassionate nursing care, plan and evaluate care, and collaborate closely with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes. Requires an RN license in Illinois, CPR certification, and a nursing degree (ADN or higher).

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; ADN holders must earn BSN within 5 years.
• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification within 4 years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care across patient populations.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the care team to optimize outcomes.
