Job summary

Endeavor Health's Elmhurst Main Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a mixed unit of General Surgical, Oncology/Chemo, and Hospice. This full-time night position (36 hours per week) runs 7pm–7am with every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays.

The Staff Nurse will deliver safe, compassionate care, plan and evaluate the patient’s plan of care, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR Certification issued by AHA or Red Cross.
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification within four years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
