Job summary

Chatham Health and Rehabilitation Center in New York's Town of Chatham is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for part-time shifts in our SNF. You will assess residents, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care.

The role offers flexible pay options, competitive hourly wages of $39–$42, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and educational opportunities.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
CPR/BLS certification required at hire.
Experience with EHR and basic computer skills.
Supervisory experience preferred; infection prevention training required.

Responsibilities

Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and supervise nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
Follow infection prevention and control policies.
