Apex Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for full-time or part-time shifts in a 5-star facility in New York. The role includes supervising CNAs and RNs, updating care plans, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include direct patient communication, education for families, administering treatments, and adhering to state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current New York State RN license.
• Associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Creativity, observation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct care teams including CNAs, RNs, and LPNs.
• Review and modify care plans with patients and families.
• Attend care planning and discharge planning meetings.
• Provide patient/family education.
• Communicate with patients, families, and physicians.
• Administer treatments, start IVs, and document care.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
