Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you will work.
• Current CPR or BLS certification required.
• Experience with electronic health record software.
• Infection prevention training or education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and infection control policies.
• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing and other staff to ensure high-quality care.
