Wellbound Home Care in New York, NY is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our full-time team, delivering skilled nursing care in assisted living facilities and opening new patient cases.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS RN license.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive.

• Proficient with computers; EMR and PointCare experience a plus.
• Prior CHHA or home health experience preferred but not required.
