Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing and ensure delivery of high-quality nursing care on the weekend shift. This role emphasizes patient safety, staff mentoring, and collaboration across departments.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs with BSN preferred and available to cover Friday through Sunday, with the possibility of a Saturday/Sunday-only schedule. Weekend differentials and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with other departments to ensure quality care.
• Maintain adequate staffing to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with controlled overtime and use of agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment and onboarding and advise on promotions/transfers.
