Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and execute nursing services while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with the Nursing Director to strategize operations and emergency support.
• Coordinate nursing activities with medical requirements and physician directives.
• Manage and direct charge nurses to ensure proper resident care.
• Adjust care plans with medical staff to address emergencies.
• In the absence of superiors, assume operating decisions as needed.
• Ensure adequate relief staff before leaving and notify physicians of changes in condition.
