Advocate Health's Carolinas Medical Center 3T Oncology unit in Charlotte is seeking an experienced RN for full-time, 36 hours weekly across 3 twelve-hour shifts plus one in-hospital day, one day as Charge Nurse, and staffing coverage. The role focuses on solid tumor and gynecologic oncology care with chemotherapy administration and complex patient needs.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program, RN license in the state, a BSN, and BLS; 6 months RN experience with 2 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• BSN required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
