Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for the Thoracic Oncology Clinic at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. The role provides leadership oversight for the LCI Float Pool and oversees daily ambulatory operations, staffing, and performance improvement initiatives in a busy oncology setting.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN, RN license in-state, BLS certification, and prior oncology and management experience.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• BSN degree.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shadowing with RN Clinical Supervisor and leaders across the department.
• Focus on daily operations, problem solving, and team growth.
• Participation in department leadership meetings addressing operations and program development.
