Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center 4B - BMT/Cellular Therapy/Hematology Oncology is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead a 16-bed unit dedicated to adults receiving bone marrow and cellular therapies. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered care, and adherence to high standards.

Requirements include completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, BLS certification, and a BSN.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• 6 months of RN experience
• Minimum two years nursing experience preferred. Previous management experience preferred.
• BSN required. RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of Hire/Transfer date and must complete program within 3 years of enrollment in the program.
• Appropriate professional certification (either clinical or leadership) is required within 1 year of eligibility for professional certification exam. Additional education, training, certifications, or experience may be required within the department by the nurse leader.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
