• Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
• Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physicians' orders.
• Provide supervision to LPNs, nursing assistants and med aides as appropriate.
• Develop, implement and update comprehensive care plans based on residents' needs.
