Nye Health Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our skilled nursing team in Lincoln, Nebraska. The RN will supervise staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while delivering compassionate, high-quality services.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, effective communication with residents and families, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a positive work environment and exceptional patient outcomes.

Competenze

• RN license in Nebraska required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Provide guidance to nursing staff, including CNAs and other healthcare personnel.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
