Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow established nursing standards and facility policies.
• Supervise and evaluate direct resident care and initiate corrective action.
• Report resident needs to the Director of Nursing.
• Conduct daily rounds and document findings.
• Administer medications per physician orders and document care.
• Complete patient assessments and care plans.
• Communicate changes in residents’ conditions promptly to physicians.
