Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities seeks an RN Supervisor to oversee both direct and indirect nursing care in the skilled nursing neighborhood. You will coordinate nursing assignments, manage staffing schedules, and arrange replacements to ensure consistent coverage.

You will also assist the Director of Nursing with performance evaluations and contribute to high-quality resident care, safety, and mentorship across the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules; arrange replacements as needed.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in evaluating nursing personnel.
