Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for our skilled nursing neighborhood. You will oversee direct and indirect nursing care, coordinate assignments, and arrange replacements to ensure adequate coverage.

You will also assist the Director of Nursing with performance evaluations and staff development, while contributing to a teamwork-driven environment and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
• Current or eligible for CPR certification.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules; arrange replacements as needed.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in evaluating nursing personnel.
